New Richmond Area Ambulance and Rescue Service proudly serves the City of New Richmond, Townships of Star Prairie, Richmond, Deer Park, Stanton, Alden, Erin Prairie, Warren and Cylon, and the Village of Roberts; all of which covers approximately 210 square miles and work closely with First Responders in Star Prairie, Deer Park and Roberts.

New Richmond Area Ambulance and Rescue Service (NRAARS) is a team of volunteer and paid professionals dedicated to providing quality pre-hospital care to the communities we serve.

NRAARS exists to provide the highest level of pre-hospital care and rescue service possible by facilitating immediate transport of the ill and injured. In addition, we partner with the community to promote health and safety programming.

NRAARS seves the community, including patients, their families, local businesses, education institutions, area medical providers, public safety agencies and each other.

We the staff of NRAARS promote an environment that values trust, honesty, diversity, creativity, compassion and teamwork. Sucess of the service will be based on sound stewardship of both our financial and human resources. We will maintain a locally owned ambulance and rescue service that stimulates professional and personal growth with the end result of providing high quality patient care.
